A callsheet crew actually opens.

Send it the way crew read it: their own link, with their own call time at the top. No account, no app to install.

  • Their own WhatsApp link, not a group chat. Everyone gets their own call time, in the app they already have open.
  • Mail as well as WhatsApp. Whichever one they actually read. The full callsheet opens on your own domain, not on ours.
  • Change the call time and the subject says UPDATE. Same link, same page. Not a new PDF in a new thread.

Credits that travel with the crew.

Crew claim their own credit, post dailies from set, and keep the people they worked with instead of looking them up again next year.

  • Claim your own credit. Once it is yours it sits in your credits, ready to put on your own site.
  • Dailies & BTS. Raw from set, in a feed the crew fill together.

Updating your site stops being a job on top of the job.

Your site lives on your own domain, in your brand. You publish a project in the studio and it is on the site. No rebuild, no web team.

  • You pick what shows. Feature a project, keep one out of the grid, set the order yourself.
  • Your own domain. Your URL, your brand. No sqnc in the address bar.
  • Nothing to re-upload. When the work is done it is two switches: one puts it on your site, one puts it on sqnc.space.

1 contact list
A day rate lives on the person, not the project. Book them next year and it is still there.
2 pages per credit
You credit someone once. It stays on your page and on theirs.
0 accounts for crew
Your gaffer opens their own call time from a link. No signup, no app.
30 days grace
Remove a published project and the crew who show it keep 30 days to copy it.
Where AI actually helps

You should not have to build a system to get the use of one.

I built myself one anyway. How I work, who I work with, what we decided, all of it somewhere my tools can read it. It took months, and it made me faster. I do not think many people are going to do that for themselves, and I do not think they should have to.

So sqnc is that system already standing, inside the three things you do anyway. Your callsheet: make it the way you always make it, and sqnc reads it into a schedule and a contact list. Your people: what someone has already told you is never asked again, so the form gets shorter the longer they work with you. Your site: you get credited, and the work is there.

I have never made an image with AI. A birthday card for my mother, maybe. What it is good at is seeing systems and reading documents, and that is the whole job it has here. It does a first pass, you approve, and it never invents a number it was not given.

Invite-only

For us, by us.

We open a few studios at a time. Leave your email and we set up your first site and first callsheet together.

No marketing mail. Just your invite and how to start.
